Polyfest

8/30/2016

The confirmed date for the Flippers performance in Polyfest is Wednesday the 14th of September

The event kicks off at 9am and we are the second group on stage we will be on stage at approx. 9.15.
The bus will be picking us up from Flippers dead on 8.30am so we ask you to be here no later than 8.15am.

We have costumes for the children to wear. We would like it if you could please dress your child in black, if you don’t have any black please let us know and we can try and help you out. The children will be wearing no shoes and socks on stage that day so easy shoes to get on and off would be handy.

Parents coming to watch: There are very strict rules for the audience so make sure you are there in plenty of time, doors close so no one can enter during performances. There is a $2 entry fee

Parents coming on the bus: From past experiences we have seen the children get very upset when it comes time for their parents to head out into the audience after coming in on the bus with us. To help with this process we ask that you leave to find your seat in the audience before we leave the dressing room so the children have time to settle and get prepared for being on stage hopefully without too much upset. Just let us know before you sneak away. There is a $2 entry fee we will charge to your bill.

After the performance: After we have finished performing we will head back stage grab our things and then pop around to the audience to watch a couple other centres. The bus is then picking us up from the Edgar centre at 10.15 and taking us to the “Dinosaur Park” for a play and something to eat and then be back at Flippers no later than 1pm.
